Lost in a Tropical Garden

I recently spent some time with my good friend, Kitty The Dreamer, exploring a lush tropical garden in the beautiful sunshine state of Florida. Not only did I get a chance to laugh with a good friend, but I also got to explore some of the plants in my new environment. If you've been reading my blog or following me on YouTube for any length of time, you've probably come to the conclusion that I love to work with plants! The garden is where I feel the most alive and connected to the earth and where my magick blossoms. A large part of my practice as a witch involves working with various plant spirits and manifesting straight from the garden. So when I moved to Florida, I was excited to be able to work with plants I hadn't been exposed to before. I place great emphasis in learning about the various herbs, roots, and flowers I harvest to use in spell blends and such. So when Kitty and I decided to get lost in a tropical garden, my heart began to dance and sing! What better way to commune with the various plant spirits, then to immerse myself in a 100 year old garden. We had a great time together and I just couldn't wait to share with all of you some of the pictures from our adventure.

I've also included a video of our time in the garden together hosted by Kitty The Dreamer on YouTube. I didn't even realize she was filming half the time, too absorbed in the plants, ha! Good times!

Blessings,
