The Inner Compass: Developing Your Intuition

Often times I find myself intuitively and instinctively knowing the outcome of certain situations before they take place. Shampoo Ginger Plant: How to Make Natural Shampoo

Have I mentioned lately how much I love living in Florida and learning all about tropical plants?! I recently discovered several Shampoo Ginger ( Zingiber zerumbet) plants, also known as Pinecone Ginger, in my yard and I've been jumping for joy ever since! This plant is so much fun to work with, not to mention, the aroma of the cone is amazing! This perennial plant spreads by rhizomes and is pretty generous in producing colorful red pinecones. The best part about the Shampoo Ginger plant is it can be used to make natural shampoo and body wash. Lost in a Tropical Garden

I recently spent some time with my good friend, Kitty The Dreamer, exploring a lush tropical garden in the beautiful sunshine state of Florida. Not only did I get a chance to laugh with a good friend, but I also got to explore some of the plants in my new environment.
